Multilateral Political Directorate II 

The Multilateral Political Directorate II has a number of international organisations falling under its purview and it is responsible for handling issues relating to the Non-Aligned Movement, African Union, Commonwealth and La Francophonie.

It also looks after the following issues:

                                     African Peer Review Mechanism;
                                                Agenda 2063; and
                                                African Economic Platform.​
