The Hague System is an international registration system that is administered by the International Bureau of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) based in Geneva,Switzerland.
The Hague System provides a unique international mechanism for securing and managing design rights. It gives the owner of an industrial design the possibility to have a design protected in the territories of all the Contracting Parties covering 96 countries by filing a single international application, in one language and with one set of fees in one currency (Swiss Francs).
